ARDS is a syndrome and not a disease. Our current approach of "One size fits all" for applying various interventions to this beast is not the right approach. In this podcast, Dr Jose Chacko & I critically appraise the latest evidence & propose a modified approach in using this intervention in patients with ARDS.
